Prompt Capital ("Prompt Capital," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at https://promptcapital.co and a shared Stripe payment account used by Prompt Capital and its portfolio companies. These Terms of Service govern your use of the site and any services you purchase from Prompt Capital or from a portfolio company through our shared payment infrastructure.

2. Services

Prompt Capital offers founder consultations ("Office Hours"), written pitch reviews, and related advisory services. Prompt Capital portfolio companies also sell their own digital products and services through our shared Stripe account; each such transaction is tagged with the portfolio company's identifier in our ledger.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase services from us.

4. Payment

Prices for paid services are listed on our website or provided in writing before you commit to purchase. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are subject to Stripe's terms. Charges will appear on your statement as a Prompt Capital transaction, with a descriptor that may reference the specific product or portfolio company.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by Prompt Capital or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

7. Submissions

If you submit a pitch, idea, or business plan to us via the pitch form or email, you grant Prompt Capital a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to evaluate the submission for the purpose of considering an investment or engagement. Prompt Capital has no obligation to keep submissions confidential unless we agree otherwise in a separate signed writing.
