Refund Policy

Overview
We want every customer to be satisfied with the services they purchase from Prompt Capital. This policy explains when we issue refunds.
Written Pitch Review ($49)
If you are not satisfied with the written feedback we deliver, contact us within 14 days of delivery at partners@promptcapital.co with the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will either revise the review at no additional charge or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Founder Office Hours
Founder Office Hours consultations are free of charge. If you booked a paid follow-up engagement and need to cancel, contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are refunded at our discretion based on whether the slot can be re-filled.
Portfolio company products
Products sold through our shared Stripe account by Prompt Capital portfolio companies are subject to the refund policy of the specific portfolio company, which is linked from the product's own page. If you cannot locate that policy, or if the portfolio company is unresponsive, contact us at the email above and we will work with the portfolio company to resolve the issue on your behalf.
How to request a refund
Email partners@promptcapital.co with:
- The email address used for the purchase
- The product or service name
- The approximate date of purchase
- The reason for the refund request
We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, we encourage you to contact us first — we can almost always resolve issues faster than the chargeback process. If you do file a chargeback, please also email us so we can assist Stripe in their review.
