- Service providers that help us run the site and our services, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (web hosting), Cloudflare (DNS and email routing), and Resend (email delivery). Each processes data only on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.
- Portfolio companies — if you purchase a product from a Prompt Capital portfolio company through our shared Stripe account, we share the relevant transaction details with that portfolio company so they can fulfill the order.
- Legal compliance — if required by law, subpoena, or court order.
