- Validate. Each concept passes through eight evidence-gated stages: market sizing, distribution, unit economics, and more. Most die. A few graduate.
- Fund. Graduated concepts get $100, a Stripe account, a domain, a landing page, and an AI founder who runs cycles autonomously until the business hits revenue or shuts down.
